The company is an international online game publisher holding leading positions in Russia and the CIS countries. Since 2007, they have been successfully developing their own gaming platform, which hosts such legends as Lineage II, Aion, and Ragnarok Prime Online. They also launch new projects every year, including Gran Saga, BnS NEO, and others. The company is launching a mobile division within the gaming platform and is looking for a first engineer to help build a client platform for mobile games.

What you'll be doing
• Shaping the company's mobile strategy and architecture; • Developing and evolving shared mobile components (Auth SDK, Payment SDK, etc.); • Building the technological foundation for the company's mobile applications; • Participating in the development of mobile applications for gaming and e-commerce products; • Selecting and implementing the technology stack (native SDKs, Flutter, etc.); • Hands-on participation in the development of key components; • Building and growing the mobile team; • Collaborating with product, backend, and platform teams.
What we're looking for
• 7+ years of commercial mobile development experience; • Senior/Lead-level experience in iOS and/or Android development; • Experience designing mobile application architecture and SDKs; • Experience creating or evolving mobile platform solutions, shared libraries, or SDKs is a plus; • Experience establishing publishing, versioning, and backward compatibility processes, including CI/CD for mobile development; • Understanding of authorization, payments, security, and backend service integration; • Experience in technical leadership and mentoring, architectural oversight, and maintaining mobile development standards; • Willingness to personally participate in the development of key components; • Experience with Flutter is a plus; • Experience launching and supporting mobile products with a substantial audience is a plus; • Understanding of mobile observability approaches (crash reporting, analytics, monitoring); • Understanding of modern mobile application security practices: OAuth2/OIDC, secure storage, user session and token management, API interaction protection, reverse engineering, and client application compromise prevention.
